Roksana’s mission is to help people grow and heal using systemic therapy as her primary approach. Roksana is dedicated to helping her clients become more aware of their values, desires, and expectations, guiding them toward healthier relationships and personal growth.

About Roksana

Roksana is passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families to navigate challenging times, foster personal growth, and enhance relationships. She will use systemic therapy, which examines the interactions and relationships within a family or group to understand and address issues. She aims to help her clients by fostering healthier dynamics and promoting positive change.

Roksana is a therapist intern at Thrive Postpartum, Couples and Family Therapy. She is a Marriage & Family Therapy Student at Northwestern University. She is completing her master’s coursework and gaining clinical experience. She received her bachelor’s degree at the University of Illinois at Chicago in Psychology with a minor in Sociology. 

Roksana is also interested in working with children and teens, leveraging her experience as a nanny. Her strong communication skills, empathy, and understanding of child development make her well-prepared to connect with and support this population.

Gottman Level I & II Trained – Roksana is currently being trained in Gottman Levels I & Level II. She will be utilizing Gottman-specific interventions to assist couples in forming new and meaningful connections.

Memberships- Roksana is a member of American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and Postpartum Support International.
